Please refer to Confidential Attachment DPU l1.1.The Company owns the land on
which the Glenrock I,Glenrock III,RollingHills,and Dunlap wind projects are sited.In
general,PacifiCorp's lease rights at its wind projects not located on Company-owned
land provide PacifiCorp with the ability,at its sole discretion,to extend the lease term to
cover the anticipated extended life of the projects that will occur with repowering.
