O&M values for the with and without repowering scenarios for 2017 and 2018.
b.Regarding Attachment 5.2,please explain the reason for the differences between the
capital expense values for the with and without repowering scenarios for 2017 and 2018.
c.Given the capital expense values for 2017 and 2018 in Attachment 5.2,please explain the
O&M values for that timeframe.
d.Please explain the O&M values in Attachment 5.2 for 2017 and 2018 in relationshipto
the O&M values found in Attachment 5.1.
