Access to GRID and its inputs are provided subject to the terms and conditions of the protective order in this proceeding and may only be disclosed to qualified persons as defined in that order. Please refer Confidential Attachment OCS 1.6 16'Supplemental,which provides GRID project files supporting the recent Schedule 38 GRID database.Included are work papers supporting data series inputs associated with repowering and work papers necessary to process the GRID output.The GRID project reflects assumptions from the 2017 Integrated Resource Plan (IRP)as reflected in the June 21,2017 (Docket 17-035-37) avoided cost inputs compliance filing ("2017.Ql Filing"). Routine Updates (2017.Q1 Filing) In addition,since the 2017.Q1 Filing,the Company has incorporated three routine updates to its avoided cost inputs: 1.Routine GRID Update -Update the GRID model to include inputs and assumptions based on information available as of July 11,2016. 2.Official Forward Price Curve (OFPC)-Update to the curve dated June 30,2017 (1706 OFPC). 3.QualifyingFacility (QF)Queue -Update the QF queue to reflect current signed and potential QFs.The QF queue was 4,754 megawatts (MW)nameplate in the 2017.Ql Filing. 17-035-39 /Rocky Mountain Power August 23,2017 OCS Data Request 1.6 -16'Supplemental Non-Routine Updates This request includes one additional non-routine update,for consistency with the repowering filing: 1.Idaho Power Company (IPC)Energy Imbalance Market (EIM)Participation -An additional 300 MW of transfer capability is included in GRID from Jim Bridger to Borah to IPC West to Central Oregon,as a proxy for additional transfer capability on IPC's system which will be available for EIM dispatch.
