Please update the PVRR results listed in Table 3 of Mr.Link's testimony found on page
32 for the most recent official forward price curve.
Response to DPU Data Request 8.1
The present value of revenue requirements (PVRR)results presented in Table 3 of the
Direct Testimony of Company witness,Rick T.Link were based on the most recent
official forward price curve (OFPC)-the April 2017 OFPC that was updated from the
October 2016 OFPC used in the 2017 Integrated Resource Plan (IRP).PacifiCorp has not
performed an update to its economic analysis included in its June 30,2017 filing with the
June 30,2017 OFPC.Market price uncertainty is captured in the Company's analysis of
price-policy scenarios.PacifiCorp intends to update its OFPC assumptions in its rebuttal
filing.
