Note:the Division of Public Utilities (DPU)provided clarification for DPU Data Request
12.1 and the use of the term "contingent fees"on September 7,2017.The clarification is
stated below:

The Company interprets this data request as seeking the amount of contingency included
in the construction cost estimates developedfor the repowering projects.Based on this

General.What is the current status of the contract with GE or other parties related to the
repowering project?
Response to DPU Data Request 12.2
The Company is still negotiating the terms of retrofit contract and service agreement with
General Electric International,Inc.(GE).The Company is also currentlystill negotiating
the terms of a turbine supply agreement and service agreement with Vestas American
Wind Technology,Inc.(Vestas).
