Please provide annual cost and revenue for all the wind projects being considered
for wind repowering from installation date to present.This should include,where
applicable,line items for fixed and variable O&M cost,Production Tax Credits,
Wyoming Wind Production tax,and annual generation (MWh).
Response to IPUC Data Request 4
Please refer to Attachment IPUC 4-1,which provides actual annual megawatt-
hours (MWh)from commercial operation date (COD)through June 2017.
Please refer to Confidential Attachment IPUC 4-2,which provides actual revenue
dollars from renewable energy credit sales by resource from COD throughJune
2017.
Please refer to Attachment IPUC 4-3,which provides operations and maintenance
(O&M)costs for each wind project being considered for repowering from the
installation date through July2017.
Wyomingassesses a $1 per megawatt-hour ($/MWh)tax on all wind energy
generated within the state.The tax is not imposed until three years after each
turbine first produces electricityfor sale.This tax is paid annuallyeach January
for the preceding year.Please refer to Attachment IPUC 4-4,which provides a
table showing the amount of Wyoming Wind Production tax paid from
installation of each turbine through June 2017.
Please refer to Attachment IPUC 4-5,which provides the annual production tax
credits taken and the annual MWh eligible for the credit.
