The Company databases do not contain customer specific information whether a line extension is overhead or underground, voltage, phase, length of line, or who built the line. To get that information would necessitate manually reviewing each individual job. Please refer to Attachment IPUC 28 1st Supplemental, which is an excel workbook with two sheets. a. The sheet labeled "2011-2015 Meter Sets" provides all meter sets by years broken into line extensions, and temporary and service only connections. It also indicates how many of these were for line extensions contained in the contracts database. b. Not available as discussed above. c. Not available as discussed above. d. The sheet labeled "Job Costs" has the costs of the line extensions in the contracts database, as well as the customer advances ( e ), and allowances (f). e. Seed. f. Seed. for the allowances, and response to Data Request IPUC 30 for the refunds. g. Once a line is built the database does not identify if the Company built it or if it was applicant built. The vast majority of extensions in Idaho, if not all, are Company built. h. Seed.
