including access to the GRID model and GRID model work papers, in the manner
typically provided in a general rate case.
Response to PIIC Data Request 8
Access to the Generation and Regulation Initiative Decision Tool (GRID) using
secured internet access and the GRID project associated with this proceeding was
provided to PacifiCorp Idaho Industrial Customers' (PIIC) consultant -Bradley
Mullins -on October 12, 2016. Note: the GRID database is confidential. Access
to GRID and its inputs are provided subject to the terms and conditions of the
non-disclosure agreement signed in this proceeding and may only be disclosed to
qualified persons as defined in that agreement.
Please refer to Confidential Attachment PIIC 8, which provides copies of the
supporting work papers for the GRID project. Note: The work papers supporting
the prices for Sunnyside and Hermiston Gas are highly confidential, and the
