Commission approved depreciation deferral throughout the period of the proposed
"Rate Stability Plan." Please provide work papers in Excel format with formulae
intact.

Please refer to Attachment IPUC 1 for the incremental changes in the depreciation
deferral. The monthly balances reported through August 2016 are actual, all
balances after are estimated deferrals based on August's actual monthly deferral.

Please provide all work papers supporting the Company estimate of the ECAM
reduction on June 1, 2017 of $4.5 to $5 .5 million. Please provide work papers in
Excel format with formulae intact.

The $4.5 to $5.5 million estimated reduction to the annual ECAM rate associated
with the 2016 ECAM deferral was based on the fall 2016 Business Plan. The
projected net power costs for the 2016 ECAM deferral are between $9.5m and
$IO.Sm. The current ECAM collection rate was designed to collect $14.5m
annually. Please refer to Attachment IPUC 2 for the work papers supporting the
$4.5 million to $5.5 million projected reduction and Attachment IPUC 3 for the
rate design work papers.

The current projection for the 2018 ECAM deferral is $10.5 million from the fall
2016 Business Plan. The Business Plan is not yet approved and is considered
highly confidential.
