specifically Confidential Attachment IPUC 20-1, which provides a copy of the
Camas Development, Construction, Operation and Steam Supply Agreement
(Agreement). The royalty schedule is provided as Exhibit D, Schedule D-2 on

Response to IPUC Data Request 2
Please refer to the Company's response to IPUC Audit Data Request 20,
specifically Confidential Attachment IPUC 20-2, which provides a copy of the
Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Tri-State Generation and Transmission
Association (Tri-State). Exhibit B of the PPA explains the calculation of the
purchase price for energy and capacity, and that the prices will be recalculated
each year. Base net power costs (NPC) were set using a2}ll test period.
Please refer to Confidential Attachment IPUC 2, which provides documentation
supporting the energy and capacity prices which were used in base NPC for 201 1.
Also provided is documentation supporting the energy and capacity prices 2014
and 2015. Additionally, please refer to the Company's response to IPUC Audit
Data Request 4; specifically Confidential Attachment IPUC Audit 4, the tab
entitled "555". Column D (Sequence Number) can be filtered to isolate the Tri-
State energy charge (sequence number 2874lTRI STATE FIRM ENERG) and
the Tri-State demand charge (sequence number 6594lTRI STATE FIRM
ENERG).
