Attachment D in Rocky Mountain Power's Application shows a0.60Yo increase
for Schedules24 and 35A. However, Attachment A does not include either of
these two Schedules. Please explain why these Schedules are not included in
Attachment A.

Section 7 of the Application states that Wattsmart savings increased from 11,400
MWh in2014 to approximately 15,440 MWh in 2015. Please provide the
weighted average measure life for the energy savings produced by the Wattsmart
program.
Response to IPUC Data Request 4
The weighted average measure life for energy savings produced by the wattsmart
program is currently unavailable. This calculation is performed for the demand-
side management (DSM) annual report, due May lst, and is estimated to be
available mid-April. The Company can provide this information prior to May lst
once it is ready if that is preferable.
