The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, by and through its attorney of record,
Neil Price, Deputy Attorney General, requests that PacifiCorp dba Rocky Mountain Power,
(Company; Rocky Mountain) provide the following documents and information as soon as
possible, but no later than FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2016.
The Company is reminded that responses pursuant to Commission Rules of Procedure
must include the name and phone number of the person preparing the document, and the name,
location and phone number of the record holder and if different the witness who can sponsor the
answer at hearing if need be. Reference IDAPA 31.01.01.228.
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and Rocky Mountain is
requested to provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any
person acting on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced.

Please provide answers to each question, supporting workpapers that provide detail or are
the source of information used in calculations, and the name, job title and telephone number of
the person preparing the documents. Please identifu the name, job title, location and telephone
number of the record holder.
Please provide all Excel and electronic files on CD with formulas activated.
REQUEST NO. 1: Please provide executable electronic work papers and spread sheets
for Attachments A, B and C.
REQUEST NO.2: Attachment D in Rocky Mountain Power's Application shows a
0.60% increase for Schedules24 and 35A. However, Attachment A does not include either of
these two Schedules. Please explain why these Schedules are not included in Attachment A.
REQUEST NO.3: Please provide the average number of Idaho customers, if any, for
both Schedules 24 and 35A.
REQUEST NO. 4: Section 7 of the Application states that Wattsmart savings increased
from 11,400 MWhin2014 to approximately 15,440 MWh in 2015. Please provide the weighted
average measure life for the energy savings produced by the Wattsmart program.
REQUEST NO. 5: Please provide the monthly budget for each program for 2016 and
20t7.
