Response to IPUC Data Request I The Company currently has two special contracts with intemrption capability in addition to the right to implement the Inigation Load Control Program as a voluntary event as needed from June 1 through September 30 each year. [t also says there was no one signed up for the program since 2008. Please explain why no events were offered since 2010. Response to IPUC Data Request 3 It is much more efficient and economical to utilize the large special contract and inigation load control curtailment options. What was the system savings on a per participant basis? Flow many similar events could have been offered since 2008 if panicipants were enrolled in the program? Response to IPUC Data Request 4 The last curtailment offered in Idaho was in September of 2001 with one customer participating. The customer was paid $9.66. No other data is available as the timeframe is beyond our records retention period. Response to IPUC Data Request 5 For the State of Idaho, the last credit provided to a customer was in September of 2001 for $9.66. No other data is available as the timeframe is beyond our records retention period. Response to IPUC Data Request 7 Under the current contract, which expires December 31,2015, the cost of Energy Profiler Online is $69,000 per year. $15,000 of that amount is for the load curtailment module. Response to IPUC Data Request 8 The new contract for Energy Profiler Online without the load curtailment module is $65,520 per year. If the load curtailment module is added back in, there is an additional cost of $19,908 per year, for a total of $85,428 per year.
