Please identify all DSM programs which are offered in the Company's Utah
service territory, but not in its Idaho service territory. Please explain why those
programs are not offered to RMP's Idaho customers.

Program Explanation
wattsmart Business wattsmart Business was introduced in Utah in 2013. The single
program consolidated the existing Energy FinAnswer and
FinAnswer Express programs. New offerings include incentive
level updates and expansion for Energy Management and Energy
Project Manager Co-Funding incentives. The Company plans to
file a similar wattsmart Business tariff in Idaho in the first half of
2014.
New Homes The wattsmart New Homes program, offers builder incentives to
upgrade specific pans of a home such as efficient lighting and air
conditioning in addition to incentives for building an ENERGY
STAR@ certified home. Incentives for both new and existing
home energy efficiency installations or upgrades in Idaho are
incorporated into the Company's Home Energy Saver Incentive
Program, Schedule 118. New home building activity within the
Company's service area in Idaho isn't robust enough at this time
to economically support a standalone wattsmart New Homes
program.
Cool Keeper This Utah wattsmart residential and small commercial air
conditioning load control program helps manage electricity
demand at peak times in the summer when electricity is the most
expensive to produce or purchase. Utah has a significant saturation
of air conditioning load that continues to impact summer peak
requirements. The program is designed to manage those loads.
Based on the Company's Assessment of Long-Term, System-
Wide resource potential completed in March, 2013, there is
insufficient residential and small commercial air conditioning load
and cooling requirements to economically support a similar
Drosram in Idaho.
