MONSANTO COMPANY, by and through their attorneys, hereby submits this Second
Data Request to Rocky Mountain Power, pursuant to Rule 225 of the Idaho Public Utility
Commission's Rules of Procedure,IDAPA 31.01.01, as follows:
Monsanto 1: Please provide a detailed analysis to support the monthly actual REC Revenue
Accrued to the Idaho jurisdiction as shown on the tab labeled "ID Actual REC" in the quarterly
ECAM filing. Please indicate the number of RECs and actual sales rates, in $/REC or $/MWh,
that develop each of the monthly REC Revenue values shown.
Monsanto 2: Please explain the large REC Revenue Adjustment necessary to match the actual
REC revenue accrued in2013 with the base REC revenue developed in Case No. PAC-E-11-12.
Line 58 of Exhibit 1 of the ECAM filing shows a total REC Revenue Adjustment for the year,
thus far, of $3,914,831, indicating a $3,914,831 difference between the actual REC revenue in
2013 versus the REC revenue anticipated in Case No. PAC-E-ll-Lz.

Monsanto 3: Regarding RMP Witress McDougal's workpapers Page 3.5, 3.5.1 and 3.5.2 filed
concurrently with his direct testimony in Case No. PAC-E-LI-L2, which developed the Base
REC Revenue cited in RMP's latest ECAM filing, please duplicate these workpapers but show
the actual 2013 REC Revenue levels contained within the ECAM frling. As part of this request,
please indicate the actual number of RECs sold during 2013 and the sales rate of each REC.
