Please identify any events where penalties, refunds, settlements or the like associated with ECAM cost or revenue components are pending. Please include within your response the underlying reason for the event/transaction and how they were or are planned to be recorded and accounted for during and post the ECAM period. Underlying events may include, but are not limited to, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (or other regulatory) orders and investigations, legal issues, insurance payments or settlements and the like.
