Please provide the detail for December 2011 through November 2012 REC revenue. Please include within your response the entity name, tag price, and total quantity (in units and dollars) of REC revenue.

Response to IPUC Audit Data Request 6

Please refer to Confidential Attachment IPUC Audit 6 for the requested detail for December 2011 through October 2012. The detail is not yet available for November 2012. The booked total Company renewable energy credit (REC) revenue is determined from the contracts in 2012 however; those contracts rely on the RECs that are transferred using the Western Renewable Energy Generation Information System (WREGIS) system. After the Company transfers the RECs to WREGIS it takes approximately 90 days for WREGIS to verify the RECs and transfer them to the counterparties’ WREGIS account. Thus, the specific details related to the RECs sold for REC revenue is not known for up to 90 days. Therefore, the details related to the RECs for REC revenue in November 2012 will not be known until approximately March 2013.
