Please provide copies or access to workpapers, memorandum and reports that document any external and internal reviews performed on any components (power supply costs and deferral accounts over the period December 2011 through November 2012, as an example) of the Company’s Application. Please include within your response any documentation prepared for Sarbanes-Oxley, internal audit and external audit workpapers and reports.
Response to IPUC Audit Data Request 3
The 2012 Sarbanes-Oxley testing of the Energy Trading control is provided as Confidential Attachment IPUC Audit 3 -1. The workpapers will be available for review on-site in Portland. The 2012 PacifiCorp Energy Trading Self Assessments are provided as Confidential Attachment IPUC Audit 3 -2.
The Deloitte audit opinion for 2011 is provided as Attachment IPUC Audit 3 -3. The Deloitte audit opinion for 2012 is not yet available.
