IPUC Audit Data Request 2

Please provide copies of any information provided in response to the Company’s semi-annual hedging report that was provided to the IPUC in November 2012 such as requests for further information and any reviews that have been performed associated with that or any more recent reports. If another hedging report has been prepared, please include that within your response.

Response to IPUC Audit Data Request 2

The October 31, 2012 Semi-Annual Hedging Report, submitted to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (IPUC) on November 7, 2012, was also submitted to the public utility commissions of Utah and Wyoming, and to parties in Public Utility Commission of Oregon Docket No. UE-227.

The Company received data requests from the Division of Public Utilities (DPU) in Utah Docket No. 10-035-124, and from the DPU and Office of Consumer Services in Utah Docket No. 12-035-102 specifically related to the October 31, 2012 Semi-Annual Hedging Report. Please refer to Attachment IPUC Audit 2 -1 and Confidential IPUC Audit 2 -2, which provides the Company’s responses to these specific data requests.

Please refer to Confidential Attachment IPUC Audit 2 -3, which provides a copy of the Company’s February 15, 2013 Semi-Annual Hedging Report, filed with the IPUC on February 15, 2013.
