Please include within your response the nature of the revisions, if any. If there has been no revision please state so in your response. If the policy is currently under revision or slated for revision, please provide the current status of those revisions.

Please refer to Confidential Attachment IPUC Audit Data Request 1, which provides the current version of PacifiCorp Energy’s Commercial and Trading Risk Management Policy (with Appendices), approved December 21, 2012.

The Policy Revisions Log is contained in Confidential Appendix J to the Risk Management Policy (pages 39 to 40).

Confidential information is provided subject to the terms and conditions of the protective agreement in this proceeding.
