Response to DPUData Request 57.10The Company notes that the DPU is referencing Confidential Figure 20 and Confidential Figure 21 of the Semi-Annual Hedging Report, filed with the Public Service Commission of Utah on November 1, 2012.The table was produced for inclusion in the Confidential Rebuttal Testimony of Company witness, Gregory N. Duvall in the Company’s transition adjustment mechanism (TAM) proceeding (Docket No. UE-227), before the Public Utility Commission of Oregon (OPUC). This table was an extension of a table previously produced in OPUC Staff’s “Natural Gas Procurement Study” which studied the five purchased gas adjustment (PGA) years 1999/2000 through 2003/2004.
