UTILITIES COMMISSIONOn January 18, 2012, Rocky Mountain Power filed Tariff Advice 12-01 requesting modifications to the Company's Electric
Service Schedules No.7, No. 7A, and No. 11 and Electric Service Regulation No. 12, containing proposed revisions and
respectfully requested Commission approval of these tariff modifications with a February 17, 2012 effective date. i have
talked to Bryan Lanspery, who has informed me that Commission staff would prefer processing this application under
Modified Procedure rather than as a tariff advice and that the Company wil receive formal notification of this soon.
This email is to formally acknowledge that Rocky Mountain Power does not oppose suspending the February 17 effective
date to allow additional time to process this application under Modified Procedure.
