Colstrp 3 Unit:
In mid-March, 2011, the Colstrp owners extended the scheduled duration
of the 201 1 outage on U3 in response to a recommendation from the
generator OEM. The generator OEM had reviewed the results of the most
recent generator stator inspection and determned that more work would
need to be performed on ths stator than was originally planed. Dung
the outge, extensive problems were found in the generator stator,
generator main lead bushigs, and generator blower shroud. These issues
delayed completion of ths outage.

Monsto Data Request 7
Crag 1 Unit:
Retu to service was delayed as a result of repai related to a misaigned
superheater, intermediate header, and late completion of the boiler
chemica cleang. Seal rubs in the new steam tubine also delayed the
unt's retu.
Hayden 2 Unit:
Retu to servce was intially extended due to emergent work which wa
discovered on the unit's coolin tower. The unt al experenced a
mechancal failure of the rotatin exciter. That failur occured durng the
attempted initial sta-up followig the overhaul.
Hermston 1 Unit:
The duration of ths outage was extended in order to inta an upgre to
the plant's distrbuted control system and to tae advantage of low power
prices.
Hermston 2 Unit:
The durtion of ths outage was extended from the 2010 plan in order to
perform a rebuild of the #2 bearg that is not normally included in a hot
gas path work scope and to insta a new combustion tubine generator
main step-up transformer.
Huntington 2 Unit:
Delays were due to late completion of varous boiler components by the
boiler contractor.
Wyodak 1 Unit:
The boiler contrtor experienced weld quaity issues durng the
replacement of the superheater outlet header extending retu to servce 4-
days from April 11,2011 until April 15,2012. A boiler chemical clea
was scheduled to be done at the end of the overhaul, but was postponed
until June to allow iron transfer from the new ai cooled condenser to
normalize, thus insurng a cleaner boiler and better heat transfer. In
addition, it was known that the Unit would be requied to come off for
WECC testin.

The Company does not have this anysis for all of the NERC oute codes as
