PacifiCorp Idaho Industrial Customers ("PUC"), by and through its attorney of record,
Ronald L. Wiliams, requests that PacifiCorp, d//a Rocky Mountain Power (the "Company"),
provide the following documents and information on or before Friday, September 9, 2011.
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and Rocky Mountain Power is
requested to provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any
person acting on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced.
Please provide answers to each question, supporting workpapers that provide detail or are
the source of information used in calculations. The Company is reminded that responses
pursuant to Commission Rules of Procedure must include the name and phone number of the
person preparing the document, and the name, location and phone number of the record holder

85. Does the Company agree to allow PUC to use the confdential and highly confdential
documents from the Washington REC proceeding, docket UE-I00749, in the Idaho
proceeding PAC-E-II-12 under the terms of the Idaho modified confidentiality
agreement? If not, please provide copies of all REC sales contracts for transactions
booked from Janua 2009 to the present, and the confdential version of the all REC
compliance filings submitted by the Company to the WUTC as ordered in UE-I00749.
