74. On Exhibit 2 page 10.13 there is listed a figue of 144 MW for July that appears
to represent the level of curailment of Irrgation load in Idaho associated with the
Schedules 72 and 72A durng the hour of that monthly peak. Please anwer the
following:
a. Assuming that ths value of 144 MW is derived from the load research
data provided in response to Irrgation Request No.3, please provide the
following information in detal:
1. The individual sample customers used in each stratu in order to
make this calculation;
11. The assumed load that was curiled by each of the sample
customers in each of the stratu;
111. The weighting given to each stratu;
iv. The average weighted load curled by stratum;
v. The population weighting that each stratu average was multiplied
by; and
Vi. Any additional adjustments used to develop the figure of 144 MW.

b. If the load research data in response to Irrgation Request No.3 was not
