Establishes and maintains external relationships with government agencies, community groups and/or other prominent stakeholders. Responsible for selecting, coaching, and developing employees, and the management of employees. Implements and supports Company programs and policies. Responsible for overall business success. Holds position as elected officer, may enter into legal contracts and has signatory authority on behalf of the Company. Chief Financial Officer: This is the top financial position with responsibility for formulating financial policy and plans. Responsible for providing overall direction for the accounting, tax, insurance, budget, credit, and treasury functions. Directs activities associated with the security and investment of the organization's assets and funds, and ensures that financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet the organization's short- and long-term objectives, and regulatory body requirements.
