The response to lIP A request 7 contained a list of temperatue adjustment made to the Idaho sales data by month. It is assumed that these adjustments were all listed at the sales leveL. Please provide an explanation and the associated data that utilzed the data in ths response to develop the Idaho temperatue adjustment figures listed on Exhbit 2, page 10.16. 53. With respect to the Company's response to IIPA 7, are these values based upon billng months or calendar months? With respect to the Company's Exhibit 2 pages 10.15 and 10.16, are these values based upon biling months or calenda months? 54. With respect to the data provided in the Company's response to IIPA 7, please provide all equations and underlying data that was used to develop the temperatue adjustment figues listed. In response to IIPA request 104 in Case No. PAC-E-10-07 the Company provide a flow-char that depicted where all of the data came from and how it was manipulated in order to product the data on Exhibit 2 pages 10.13 and 10.14 in that case. Please provide a similar char for Exhibit 2 pages 10.13 through 10.16 in this case. 58. The flowchar provided in response to IIPA Request 104 in Case No. PAC-E-10- 07 contains an item near the bottom left that portays the inclusion/introduction of losses into the sales data. What loss factors were used for each month for each jursdiction in this case? 59. With respect to the losses requested in "58" above, please explain (a) how the losses for each jursdiction were developed and (b) how those values relate to border load and "pricing kWh".
