MONSANTO COMPANY, by and though their attorneys, hereby submits this Fourth
Set of Data Requests to Rocky Mountain Power, pursuant to Rule 225 ofthe Idaho Public Utility
Commission's Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01, as follows:
Monsanto 134: Please provide the monthly amount of revenue the Company has received for
the sale of unused Centralia PTP transmission for the period Januar 1, 2009 though the most
recent month available. This request is continuing and should be updated when new information
becomes available.
Monsanto 135: Please provide the latest status of the Company's ability to car operating
reserves on Chehalis including the amount that is expected to be available to be cared and when
that is expected to occur.

Monsanto 136: Please provide updated GRID hourly hydro inputs which exclude all forced
outages except the three examples provided in the Company's response to Monsanto Data
Request 2.60.
Monsanto 137: Please provide a summar of all transmission acquired from the Cal iso for the
48-Month period ended December 2010, including capacity purchased, POD, POR, cost and
period capacity acquired.
Monsanto 138: Please provide a calculation of the amount of value included in NPC associated
with the inclusion of Cal iso wheeling and service fees with all cells and formulas intact.
Monsanto 139: Please provide actual reserves cared on the Bear River projects by month for
2011 through July 2011. Please also update this information as each succeeding month of data
becomes available.
