MONSANTO COMPANY'S FOURTH SET OF DATA REQUESTS
TO ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER
MONSANTO COMPANY, by and through their attorneys, hereby submits this Fourh
Set of Data Requests to Rocky Mountain Power, pursuant to Rule 225 of the Idaho Public Utility
Commission's Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01, as follows:
Monsanto 121: Please provide the Hunter price updated for the new Arch coal agreement.
Monsanto 122: Please provide a hard copy of the indexes used to forecast coal prices in this
Idaho filing.
Monsanto 123: Please provide a hard copy ofthe indexes used to forecast coal prices in the
Company's recently filed Utah rebuttal NPC.
Monsanto 124: Please provide the GRID hourly normalized capacity and energy inputs for Bear
run of river, Cutler and Oneida, using only flood control years. Please also provide supporting
workpapers with cells and formulas intact.

Monsanto 125: Please provide the amount of incremental revenue the Company would receive
for the test year from non-network third party wind generators located in the Company's control
area if the Company's Open Access Transmission Tarff (OATT) had been approved by FERC
prior to the star of the test year. Please provide this information by customer, by month for the
test year, including all supporting documentation with all cells and formulas intact.
Monsanto 126: Regarding the Huntington liquidated damages referenced in Response to
Monsanto Data Request 2.40, please indicate when the payment was received, what FERC
account the payment was booked to and indicate whether, how and when the payment was used
to lower customer costs.
Monsanto 127: Regarding the Huntington outage referenced in Response to Monsanto Data
Request 2.40, provide all written communications the Company had with the contractor
concerning the outage issues associated with the liquidated damage payment.
Monsanto 128: Regarding the Huntington outage referenced in Attachment Monsanto 2.40,
please provide all internal wrtten communications concerning the outage issues associated with
the liquidated damage payment. Please also provide the star time and end time of the outage
associated with the liquidated damages payment.
Monsanto 129: Please provide the detailed monthly workpapers used to calculate 2011 forecast
revenues shown on Mr. McDougal's Exhibit 2 page 3.5.1 with all cells and formulas intact.
Please also provide the date the estimate was prepared.
Monsanto 130: Please provide all REC revenue forecasts for 2011 prepared after the forecast
included in the Company's filing. This is a continuing request.
Monsanto 131: Please indicate if the Company has or intends to bid on third party RFPs for
RECs. This is a continuing request.
Monsanto 132: Please provide the following REC information by month for 2008,2009,2010
and 2011:
a. Total number ofRECs generated, sold and baned by resource category, by state eligible
RPS.
b. The volume, revenue, price and counter party of each REC sales transaction.
Monsanto 133: Re: Page 10.13 of Exhibit NO.2: Please explain the meaning, source and
dervation ofthe "Adjustments for Curtailments, Buy-Thoughs and Load No Longer Served
(Reduction to Load)" for Utah and why these amounts were not included in Confidential
Attachment Monsanto 2.77.
