back to Idaho's loads for the puroses of calculating the jurisdiction allocation
factors. No adjustment to the MW was necessary since Monsanto bought
through every curilment event that occurred durng the coincident peaks.

monthly adjustment factors applied to test year hourly load data in order to tie
to biled kWh used in the cost of service study. This information is
