Idaho Irrigation Load Control Program" that was produced as par of a stipulated
settlement with the Idao Irrigation Pumpers' Association on November 5, 2007,
and which is referenced in the footnote on page 22 of the Appendix 1 of Rocky
Mountain Power's "Demand Side Management Anua Report - Idaho", dated
March 15,2010.
