nor likely to lead to any relevant discoverable or admissible evidence, and/or is propounded for
harassment puroses.
RMP 4.5 Please provide any evidence supporting the following allegation contained in the above
referenced correspondence:
Much of the utility's proposed increase is the result of their building
wind mils in Wyoming and the erecting of a transmission line to supply
the resulting power to California.
RMP 4.6 Please provide any evidence supporting the following allegation contained in the above
referenced correspondence:
All of Idaho and Monsanto are being asked to pay for California's
renewable electrcity needs.
