analyses performed by the Company in its decision process to retai the 200 MW
referenced in ths passage.
Response to PIIC Data Request 132
The question implies that the Company made a decision to reta the DC Intertie
agreement in 2002. Ths is an incorrect interpretation of the testimony. The
requested economic anysis was not performed at such time by the Company.
The economic analysis of the DC Intertie term would have been completed pnor
to the tie the contrt was executed in 1994 (over 16 year ago) based on the
inormation tht was known at the time the contrt was executed. The Company
ha searched its records and ha not found the economic evaluation associated
with the acquiition of the 200 MW DC Intertie nghts.
