copies of all output files generated by this model for ths report though 2019.
Response to PIle Data Request 149
Output files from System Optimizer are in comma-delimited text file (CSV)
format, and constitute confidential intellectul propert ofthe model vendor,
Venty LLC. Venty and PIIC would need to sign a non-disclosure agreement
(NA) before these fies could be provided by the Company. In lieu of the CSV
fies, the Company prepared an Excel workbook with processed output data that
can be provided without a NDA. Please refer to Confdential Attchment PIIC
149. Confdential inormation is provided subject to the terms and conditions of
the protective agreement in this proceeding.
