day or per month.
The operag resee resour is modeled at a level of 90.7 MW for al
hour in the yea. Thoug Monsto generally provides 95MW of
opeg reserves, only a porton of the tota is available durg periods of

Concerng Mr. Clements' methods of valuing Monsanto's provision of
interrptible power, is Mr. Clements aware of any utility or jursdiction tht
values interrptible power using the methods described in his testiony? If yes,
pleae identi all such utilties and jursdictions. .
Response to Monsanto Data Request 15.4
No, Mr. Clements has no specific information on valuation methodologies used
by other utilties. Mr. Clements has been employed in the energy sector for 12
years and has worked with numerous electrc utilities to estblish values for a
varety of energy products, includig interrptible power. In addition to his
curent role at PacifiCorp, Mr. Clements has held management positions in the
strctung and pricing groups at Duke Energy and Illinova, two large merchat
and reguated utilties. Durg his tenure at these companes, he was actively
involved in the pricing and strctug of a varety of wholesale energy products
utilzi varous methods and models commonly used by energy companes to
calculat value.
