PACIFICORP DBA ROCKY
MOUNTAIN POWER
The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilties Commission, by and through its attorney of record,
Scott Woodbury, Deputy Attorney General, requests that PacifiCorp dba Rocky Mountain Power
(Company; Rocky Mountain) provide the following documents and information on or before
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 12,2010.
THIRTEENTH PRODUCTION REQUEST
TO ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER 1 OCTOBER 1,2010
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and Rocky Mountain Power is
requested to provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any
person acting on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced.
Please provide answers to each question, supporting workpapers that provide detail or are
the source of information used in calculations. The Company is reminded that responses
pursuant to Commission Rules of Procedure must include the name and phone number of the
person preparing the document, and the name, location and phone number of the record holder
and, if different, the witness who can sponsor the answer at hearing if need be. Reference
IDAPA 31.01.01.228.
In addition to the wrtten copies provided as response to the questions, please provide all
Excel and electronic fies on CD with formulas activated.
REQUEST NO. 319: Please describe and provide schedules detailng the charges for
"Administration" in the amount of $1 ,662,029 in 2009 and the amount of $1 ,836, 148 for 2010
Pro Forma in the Incremental Generation O&M (see page 4.6.1 of Exhibit 2 to Steve McDougal
testimony).
REQUEST NO. 320: Please provide all studies done by the Company or by any
external source that the Company has that examines and determines the potential and capacity
for wind generation of the Dunlap Ranch.
REQUEST NO. 321: What is the potential wind generation capacity of the Dunlap
Ranch. What portion of the total capacity for wind generation is represented by the construction
of the 74 turbine sites that are included in the curent rate case?
REQUEST NO. 322: What is the total capacity for the Dunlap Ranch Wind Far Phase
1 Interconnection? Do the curent 74 wind generators use the total capacity of this transmission
facilty?

REQUEST NO. 323: The Dunlap Ranch Wind Project is referred to in the Company's
testimony and exhibits as "Dunlap I" (Bird Testimony, pages 22-25, Exhibit 2, Page 4.6.1);
"Dunlap I Wind Project" (Exhibit 2, page 4.6.3 and page 8.6.2) and finally as "Dunlap Ranch
Wind Far Phase I" (Exhibit 2, page 8.6.2). Please explain why this facility was given a name
with the designation of "I" and "Phase I"?
