Has PacifiCorp proposed any type of price escalator, inflation adjustment or
attrition adjustment to any of its expenses for purposes of determining its
proposed revenue requirement? If so, please provide a detailed description,
including FERC account numbers affected and dollar amounts associated with
each proposed increase.
Response to PIle Data Request 63
Anualized December 2009 regular time, overtime and premium pay expenses
were escalated by labor groups to December 2010. Union costs were escalated
using contractual rates. Non-union costs were escalated using the actual wage
increases effective in Januar 2010. Please refer to Page 4.3.3 of Exhibit NO.2.
No other inflationrates or escalationfaetors were used to estimate test year cost
levels.
