Please provide the anual amount of energy transferred over the DC Intertie for
the period 2000 through 2009 and 2010 to date.
Response to Monsanto Data Request 11.2
The Company objects to this requeston the basis that it requests information not
relevant to the time period of this proceeding. Notwithstanding this objection, the
Company responds as follows:
Confdential Attachment Monsanto 11.2 contains all power transactions at the
Nevada Oregon Border that the Company entered into during 2006'to 2009,
which is the base period of the curent proceeding. Confidential information is
provided subject to the terms and conditions of the protective order in this
proceeding.
These are the only power transactions that could possibly be delivered through the
transmission contract referenced in the data request. However, many of the
transactions at the delivery point could also be wheeled though other short term
transmission paths, or were par of a financial bookout under which power would
not have been transmitted. The Company is unable to identify which transactions
actually utilzed the referenced transmission contracts.

At the August 19,2010 IRP meeting on wind integration, the Company stated that
wind integration reserve requirements would be modeled as an input to GRID for
ratemaking. Using the reserve requirements from the draft wind integration study
please describe how the Company would include the reserve requirements as an
input to GRID.
