allocated to Idaho, please provide a general description of each legal case or
matter, each case's costs, the amount at issue, and the biling rates charged to
PacifiCorp. IfPacifiCorp is unable to unwiling to answer this question, please
provide the information to ascertain the each legal case or matter, each case's total
costs, and the biling rates for each case.

descriptions and average biling rates for the items for which test year outside
legal expenses tota $3,500 or greater on an Idaho-allocated basis. These matters
represent approximately 70% of the tota amount included in the test year.

protective order in this proceeding.

Please refer to Attchment PILC 48,which provides the Annual Incentive Plan
(AlP) document for 2010. The AlP payout is based on the achievement of
business/operational goals and management assessment of employee performance
against established goals, which allows a manager to pay at, above, or below the
taget amount (not to exceed the overall pool of dollars at target). There is no
formulaic outcome based on anyone; measure. Each goal is established with the
focus on improving the efficiency of the Company's operations and service to the
customer.
