IfPacifiCorp is unable to unwiling to answer this question, please provide the information to ascertain the each legal case or matter, each case's total costs, and the biling rates for each case. The Company has provided descriptions and average biling rates for the items for which test year outside legal expenses tota $3,500 or greater on an Idaho-allocated basis. The AlP payout is based on the achievement of business/operational goals and management assessment of employee performance against established goals, which allows a manager to pay at, above, or below the taget amount (not to exceed the overall pool of dollars at target). There is no formulaic outcome based on anyone; measure. Each goal is established with the focus on improving the efficiency of the Company's operations and service to the customer.
