MONSANTO COMPANY, by and through their attorneys, hereby submits this Eleventh
Data Request to Rocky Mountain Power, pursuant to Rule 225 of the Idaho Public Utilty
Commission's Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01, as follows:
Monsanto 11.1:
Please provide the DC Intertie contract.
Monsanto 11.2
Please provide the anual amount of energy transferred over the DC Intertie for the period 2000
though 2009 and 2010 to date.
Monsanto 11.3
At the August 19,2010 IRP meeting on wind integration, the Company stated that wind
integration reserve requirements would be modeled as an input to GRID for ratemaking. Using
the reserve requirements from the draft wind integration study please describe how the Company
would include the reserve requirements as an input to GRID.

Please provide Rocky Mountain Power's most recent business plan which reflects forecast or
projected rate changes.

This is a follow up to IIPA's Request 33b. Please provide actul time of the monthly system
coincident peak and each jursdictions contribution to the monthly coincident peak for Janua
2010 through present.

Please provide Monsanto's actual hourly load data for 2010 (Januar to present).
