Please refer to Confdential Attchment PILC 1.1 -1 for the requested GRID
project, and Confdential Attachment PILC 1.1 -2 for the Excel net power cost
spreadsheet. Per e-mail exchanges.Mr. Falkenberg may install the GRID project
for the curent proceeding on the GRID access that was assigned to him in the
Company's Oregon Transition Adjustment Mechanism (VE 216) and the
Washington General Rate Case (UE-100749). Confdential information is
