Please forward all non-confidential and confidential discovery responses from Wyoming Docket No. 2000-352ER-09, Utah Docket No. 10-035-13, Oregon Docket No. UE-217,iandCalifornia Docket No. A0911015. b. Please provide before and after load flow analysis results and other related analyses with brief descriptions. c. Show how this project enhances reliability. d. Show how it meets the Path C Upgrade Commitments from Case No. PAC-E-05-0S. Response to IPUC Production Data Request 202 a. Please refer to Attachment ¡PUC 202a -1 and Confidential Attachment ¡PUC 202a-2 for the Company's responses related to the Populus to Terminal Transmission Line Project provided in Wyoming Docket No. 20000-352-ER-09, Uta Docket No. 10-035-13, Oregon Docket UE 217, and California Docket No. A.09-11-015; these responses are provided subject to the Company's reservation of all evidentiar objections. Use of the Company's confidential data provided in the above-referenced dockets wil be subject to maintaining the confidentiality of such data on the terms and conditions of protective orders and confidentiality agreements in those dockets. Please refer to Attachment ¡PUC204.b for the Populus - Terminal Project, Phase 2 Study Report dated October 6, 20ÖS, submitted to WECC which demonstrates the project meets all applicable NERC/WECC planing stadards for Path C to operate at increased capacity after completion of the Populus ~ Terminal Project. Various engineering analysis were performed as par of the Phase 2 ratings study, which are listed in the Table of Contents. Before and after load flow analysis and related analysis can be found in the study along with reliabilty analysis. ,, , c. The WECC Populus - Terminal Project, Phase 2 Study Report provided in ¡PUC 202b provides the technical details règarding the projects expected capacity and reliabilty benefits. An overall verbal summary of the reliabilty benefits contained within this report have been provided in the Direct Testimony of Mr. Darell Gerrard, pages Di-5 line 19 through Di-7 line 4. d. The merger commitments obligate PacifiCorp to provide 300 MW across Path C. As shown in the Energy Gateway Network Capacity Allocations study, the capacity gained is an immediate 700 MW, increasing to 1400 MW over time.
