Response to IPUc Production Data Request 187
Note. Typically coal companes do not reference coal reseres as veins of coal
but rather in seams. Bridger Coal's surace operation mines coal from multiple
seams. Each coal seam's thickness, overburden ratio and quaity determe
whether that coal seam can be economically extracted. The Company's surace
reserve represents the estimated amount of the remaing coal that can be
economically mied from the multiple coal seams.
Bridger Coal Company does not track coal production by vein. The Company is
providing strpping costs and coal production based on the Company's most
recent mine plan for 2010 though 2020 as well as actu quatities for 2009.

Response to IPUc Production Data Request 193
Rocky Mountan Power has progrs in place to help limited income cusomers
reduce their kWh usage which lowers their bils, and offers energy assistace to
help with financial emergencies.
The Low Income Weatherization program is offered though Schedule 21. The
Company parers with local agencies that leverage the Company's fuding with

effciency services at no cost to income eligible households. In addition, the
Company provides effciency tips though its Bright Ideas booklets and its

Does the Company plan to install AM devices or an AMI system with its

Response to IPUc Production Data Request 194
In its Idaho jursdiction, Rocky Mountan Power has installed residential meters
equipped with radio frequency modules tht can be read off-site by the curent
hadheld meter readg system since 2003. These meters have been insled
only in those Idaho locations that present a safety had to meter readg
employees. There are no plan to inll grater numbers of these meters or an
advanced metering system in Idao at ths time. The costs associated with these
systems are excessive and offsets in operational costs do not wart the
investment at ths time. Furermore, advanced meterig systems are not fuly
matued and the interoperabilty stadads are not finaized. Ths presents a
potential for early obsolescence of any system that would be considerd for
