Washington St. Boise,ID 83702 Dear Ms. Carlock: Enclosed are 3 CDs containing the models requested in IPUC Staf Requests 78, 79, 86, 87, 94, and 95 in PAC-E-10-07. All the enclosed models are commercially sensitive and are classified either "stadard confidential" or "higWy confdentiaL." "Stadard confidential" models are grouped on one CD, while "higWy confdential" models are grouped on the other two. The Company has long maintained a distinction between confidential and highly confidential documents and canot adequately protect certain tyes of commercially sensitive information in the absence of this distinction. Accordingly, should other paries in this proceeding request to see the highly confdential analyses, the Company will follow its standard practice of making the analyses available for review at the Company's offces or the offices oflegal counsel, with a monitor present, but would not allow the paries to take the analyses or have them in their possession except in the presence of a monitor. The Company can agree that Staff retan the higWy confidential analyses, subject to standard confdentiality treatment, for a limited period of 90 days.
