Has the Company considered implementing any new payment plans with greater flexibilty for those customers with high arearages coming out of the winter heating season? Ifnot, please explain. Response to IPUC Production Data Request 152 Rocky Mounta Power has not created any new payment plan options over the last two calenda years. Rocky Mountan Power ha not considered implementing any new payment plans. The curent tyes of payment plans that ar in place consist of a long term payment plan and an equa time payment plan. These plans were created to assist customers when they are unable to pay their entire past due amount. These payment plans will either make it so the customer pays the same amount monthy (equa time payment plan) or the customer will need to make pay their curent charges and a little extr tht will be applied to the past due amount.
