MONSANTO COMPANY, by and though their attorneys, hereby submits this Seventh
Data Request to Rocky Mountain Power, pursuat to Rule 225 of the Idaho Public Utility
Commission's Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01, as follows:
Monsanto 7.1: Referrng to page 10.13 Gursdictional allocations) of Steve McDougal's exhbits,
please provide a detailed narative explanation and workpapers for the reductions to Uta and
Idaho loads in several months.
Monsanto 7.2: Referrng to tab 5, page 6 (coincident peaks at input) of Craig Paice's exhbit,
please provide a detailed narative explanation and workpapers for the derivation of the CP
demands for each class where an adjustment was made on page 10.13 of Steve McDougal's
exhibit.
Monsanto 7.3: Please provide a detaled reconcilation of the jursdictional CP's on page 10.13
of Steve McDougal's testimony and the sum of the class CP loads (noted as State ofIdaho) on
tab 5, page 6 of Craig Paice's exhibit.

Monsanto 7.4: With respect to the three tubine upgrade projects (Hunter Unit 1 , Huntington
Unit I and Jim Bridger Unit 1) described at pp. 12-13 of Mr. Teply's testimony, please provide
the following information for each turbine upgrade project:
a. The cost in $/k W for the turbine upgrade project.
b. The economic analysis upon which the Company relied to proceed with the
tubine upgrade project. Include all work papers in Excel format with formulas
intact.
c. A copy of the Company's expenditue requisition and project approval documents
for the turbine upgrade project.
d. All references (with page numbers) to the turbine upgrade project in the
Company's most recent Integrated Resource Plan (lRP). If the turbine upgrade
project was not included in the Company's most recent IRP, please explain why
not.
Monsanto 7.5: Please provide the work papers supporting Figure 4.1 - Henr Hub Natural Gas
Prices (Nominal) shown on p. 37 of the Company's 2008 Update - Integrated Resource Plan
(dated March 31, 2010). Please include in the response the anual natural gas prices for the
period 2010-2030 used for both the October 2008 and September 2009 plot lines shown in Figure
4.1.
