Transmission Line (P2T) project made between PacifiCorp and other paries that
were executed in addition to the contract with Populus Termal Trasmission
Parers (PTTP).

In addition to PTTP, what other constrction fis bid the P2T line? What
factors drove PacifiCorp's decision to select PTTP as the contractor?
Response to IPUC Production Data Request 76
Other bidders are identified in Confdential Attchment IPUC Staf 76 -1. Ths
inormation is confdential and is provided subject to the terms and conditions of
the protective agreement in this proceeding. Attachment IPUC 76 -2 shows the
scope areas utilzed in the evaluation of the EPC contract for Ben Lomond to
Termal. A team of 14 evaluators independently assessed and scored the
technical aspects, with a separte team evaluating the commercial aspects. Both
teams utilized a pre-defined weighting system for each section and each question
within the respective system. The Company's Procurement Deparent then
compiled a complete evaluation score. The overall evaluation was weighted
equally (50/50) between the techncal and commercial evaluations.
