magntude of all actual hourly curilments/interrptions that occured during
2008 through the most recent month available in Idaho separated by rate schedule
or special contract customer. If outrght curailments/interrptions are treated
differently than "buy-throughs", please state each separately.
Response to lIP A Data Request 11
Please refer to Attchments lIP A 11 -1 and LIP A 11 -2 for date, time and
estimated magntude of hourly curlments/interrptions tht occured durg
2008 and 2009 pursuat to the Idaho Irrgation Load Control Programs. Through
June, 2010 there has been only one curlment under the Idao irgation load
management progra (June 29, 2010). The magntude of the curilment ha yet
to be quatified in a report.
Also please refer to Confdential Attchment LIP A 11 -3 for the hourly Monsanto
curilment and buy-through. Confdential information is provided subject to the
terms and conditions of the protective order in ths proceeding.

Please refer to Attchment LIP A 12 -1 1 st Supplemental for event dates, times and
estimated magtude of hourly curlments/interrptions associated with Uta's
air conditioner load management program for 2008 though June 2010 and
Attachment LIP A 12 _21st Supplementa for event dates, times and estimated
magntude of hourly curilments/interrptions associated with Uta's irigation
load management progr, Schedule 96A (Schedule 96 is also included however
is not a dispatchable control option). In 2008 Uta's irrgation load management
program was not a dispatchable program and had less than 10 megawatt of
paricipation, 5 megawatts pre-scheduled off Monday-Thursday durg the
irrgation season, excluding holidays and weekends.

On page 9 beginnng on line 12 of Mr. Shu's testimony, it is indicated that the
NPC model uses hourly load as some of the inputs. In Excel format:
a. Pleas provide the hourly system retal load data that was used in the NPC
model that was used in ths case.
b. Please provide the hourly system retail load data that was used/adjusted for
uses in the NPC model to develop the data in "a" above.
c. Please provide the hourly Idaho retail load data tht was used in the NPC
model that was used in ths case.
d. Please provide the hourly Idaho Irrgation retal load data that was used in the
NPC model that was used in ths case.
e. Please provide the hourly market price data that was used in the NPC model
that was used in ths case.

a. The Company has provided lIP A with access to the GRID model on June 24,
2010 for delivery on June 25, 2010, which contains the hourly system retal
load data that was used in ths case, and can be extracted from the modeL.

provided subject to the terms and conditions of the protective agreement in
ths proceeding.
