Please provide electronic copies of all wholesale sales and purchase power
contracts and all fuel contracts modeled in GRI, a sumar list of which
contracts have been executed or changed since Case no. E-08-07 and workpapers
used to develop the contracts GRID model inputs. If the contracts have been
chaged, please provide a sumar of the changes.
Response to Monsanto Data Request 2.47
For contracts that are curently in effect, please refer to Atthment Monsanto
2.4 7 -1 for non-cnfdential contracts, and Confdential Attchment Monsanto
2.47 -2 for confidential contrts. Monsato may sumarze the differences
between versions of the contracts provided in the atthments. Confdential
inormation is provided subject to the terms and conditions of the protective order
in this proceeding.
The mai workpapers used to develop the GRI inputs ar the contracts. For
additional workpapers, please refer to what the Company has previously provided,
including the attchments to responses to Monsanto Data Requests 2.10, 2.11, and
2.12.
The requested coal contracts are highy confdential and will be made available
for review at the Company's offces upon reasonable notice. Please contact Greg

Monsanto Data Request 2.60
Please provide actul STF tranction detal included in GRID, in the same format
as Confdential Attchment WIC 1.42 from Wyoming Docket No. 2000-352-
ER -09. In addition, please update the format from Attchment WIC 1.42 to
include colums tht show the bid and ask prices for the representative maket on
the day each transaction was executed.
1 st Supplemental Response to Monsanto Data Request 2.60
Inhis email to Mr. Greg Duvall, Mr. Widmer stated:
"The Company's response to Monsanto 2.60 is not responsive in that the
downloadfrom GRID does not include all of the information requested.
Please provide the information requested as. requested. "
The Company disagrees with the statement. The STF tranctions modeled in
GRI contas hourly information on buy/sell dollars and MWh by point of
delivery that is applicable in the curent proceeding. Monsanto should be able to
group the data by any time period that it defines, includig grveyard hours.
Attchment WIC 1.42 referenced in the request contaned historical inormation
that was not used in GRID. However, to use a format tht resembles that of the
Attchment WIEC 1.42, the Company provides Confdential Attchment WIC
2.60 1st Supplementa, which is the monthy sumar ofthe detals in GRI.
Ths inormation is confdential and is provided subject to the term and
conditions of the protective agreement in ths proceedig.
