Monsanto 4.5: What fuction would the Gateway Central serve if either or both of the South and West segments are not completed? Monsanto 4.6: List all other Pacificorp and RMP state and federal jursdictions, if any, in which Gateway Central has been allowed in rate base to date. Monsanto 4.7: List all other Pacificorp and RMP state and federal jursdictions, if any, in which Gateway Central has been requested rate base treatment by Pacificorp and RMP.
